Very late delivary & irresponsible

I'm naveen... my consumer no 54863 & the distubutor name is MADAM enterprisis madivala... i had booked a cylinder on 2/07/03 & they said within 20days i will receive the cylinder... but till date i hav not received any cylinder..& almost two months overed..i had called around 60times to them but they tell same answer that tomorrow v wil send..some of their executives hav told that ur cylinder has been dilivered allready, ur area supplier boy allready submitted the bill, we can't do any thing..such a irresponsible persons they are every time they deliver in the same way, ...we need to call 'N' times..they hav gowdon in bellandur & they will advise to come & collect from there.. i hav a double cyliner collection & till so far they supplied only 4 cylinders from1 2 yearsb that to without bills..if u go to their gowdon, cylinders will be supplied without any boookings with some extra money..
