Suppiled after 20days that to going to agencies office for 2 times

Respected sir,

i have came from purasaiwalkkam on residential shifting and registered on 3 1-12, on the same day itself we booked for gas cylinder, we got the cylinder on 19-01 that to we personnally taken from the goddowen by auto, to bring i paid Rs.50/- for auto, this is the condition of banu gas agency of maduravoyal, chennai . when i asked the supply mens, he replied that i belongs to 6th block, the 5th block supply men resigned so you only have to take from goddowen

where as we will get the gas with in 4days at purasaiwalkkam (jayaram agency of anna nagar east)

As such it is request to slove this problem immediately duly investigation this matter,
