Sub: Non delivery ofBharath gas Cylinder on time.

My Customer No. : 28582, SV No. : 607974699 dtd. 2 may 1997

We are the customer of bharath gas, andsathya's bharath gas agency was supplying the gas for 8/2, pudukkottai road, TVS tolgate, Trivhy-20,

But they are ask to book the cylinder after 30 days and the new one will be distributed only after 20 days from booking, so there is 50 days for one cylinder replacement. And the agency was now started the shopping center, and the delivery man coming to home are forced us to pay 60 rupees in the name of transport charges so we are now paying 380 rupees per cylinder.please take action.
