Not attending phone call for booking the gas and delay in supplying

Sir,

I am the customer of BHARAT GAS, Kamalanagar, Bangalore, the employees of that agency don't have the courtesy to pick the call for gas booking and also very delay in gas supply. Its very inconvient for me to go the agency every month for booking as i am working. please take the necessary action & oblige.
