Delay in delevering

I am having bharath gas connection with SHRI SATHYA SAI GAS SERVICE, Thiruvottiyur chennai-19

consumer no.10933.booked gas on 10.08. till date, (06.10.2010).i have not received.also the phone

replying busy, its RAMZAN month for us (muslims) the abnormal delay of service made us mentally

diturbs during the routine life. i would to know is there any norms /period for booking the next cylinder, my

second cylinder also got mpty today.-mohammed
