dear sir,

i have been trying to call you since morning today.

but there was not at all any response from your end.

i tried all of their phone numbers:

on all occasions i tried, i got the following voice message:

the number you are trying is switched of/the number you are trying is busy.please call after some time.

their customer service is very poor.they are seeing their problems only.they say the customers must book the gas for proper delivery.and they are very strict to supply the gas very belated.

they fondle the laws that keep them well and safe.they are not at all bothered about the customers.and not ready to serve the customers punctually and promptly.

they had sent an official representative last month on:20-11

and i have paid an amount of forty rupees for the service and advices she gave us .her name is lillykutty.

as per her advice and suggestions, i even called mr.vinod, the filled-in gas supplier,

to his number:9446944991

but he was also switched off.

now it is high time they supplied the gas.

so if you are willing to give them proper directions to satisfy the customer complaints,

it would be a great help for me, and other consumers also.
