Late delivery

I am Abdul Munaf. R.Kannekanavar subscriber of Bharath gas my consumer number is 24439.I am facing the problem from Desai & Company gas agency they are delivering the gas cylinder very late and they are keeping 20 days booking period from the delivery date and in turn they are making delayment in the delivery for instance they made the last bill on 30/3 and delivered the cylinder on 6/4. Please reply to my complaint please solve my problem as soon as possible
