Non delivery of refill cylinde

I have booked for a refill on 13 -07 2010.My consumer no is 25709 Distributors address is M/S Manav Enterprises No8, Mosque road, Frazer Town, Bangalore. Till today I dint get the delivery. Normally for a refill booking after 26 days of previous supply all other agencies accept the booking.here they insist for a month to book the refill Supplies are always late even after raising the invoice. Kindly make arrangements for timely supply
