Cancelling the booking at the last moment

I booked Bharathi Call Taxi on 01/07 to pick up at 4.30 Pm from Alandur (St. Thomas Mount) to Koyambedu. Booking no is 1346.I have planned to catch the bus at 6PM in koyambedu to go to my native. At around 3.40 PM one of the person from Bharathi Call taxi called to my mobile and conveyed that the booking has been cancelled due to non availabilty of vehicle. I told them that if you are saying at the last minute, how can I arrange another vehicle with in another 45 minutes. I also told them that at the time of booking itself you should have conveyed to me about the non availability of vehicle. Bharathi person replied bluntly that if the vehicle is not available, we will cancel at the last moment. Then I came to know that if we are booking one way, they will accept the booking first. Later on if another booking comes for a higher rate than my booking or package booking, Bhararathi call taxi will cancel my booking, This is the second experience I had with the Bharathi call taxi. Please don't use Bharathi Call taxi. Worst customer service.
