Cheating on Filling fuel

My name is karan every 2 days i fill bharat petol of Rs 100 or some times 2 letres. but the staff of the petrol pump not filling correctly if i ask to full for Rs 100 they filling Rs. 99.12 only or if i ask to fill 2 letres. they filling 1.75 letres only if i ask they said you get that much only.
