Addition of cylinder not done yet

Dear Sir

I have applied for addition of one cylinder in june. I submitted all the required document to the gas agency. At that time they told that within 10 days you will get the second cylinder also

But sorry to say 4 months already spent. But no result comes,

I go many times there but there way of talking and handling of customer is very poor.

So you are requested please help me to provider the second ccylinder.
