Problem creating for refill Gas Cyclende

It is to inform you that Alock Gas Agency, Najafgarh- New Delhi with whom we are registered under consumer No. 4307 {O, P. Gupta} & No. 30550{ Mrs. Sunita Gupta}.The following points to be kindly considered & remedical steps to be taken.

1. Gas Agency holder never booked for refill gas cyclender before 30days from last delivery date. However as per Govt. Circular gas connection holder can book for refill gas cyclender after the 21 days from the last booking date.

2. We have informed the same to Mr. Javed Akhetar, Area sales Officer.but no action was taken till date.

3. The phone nos. which are mentioned on their slips are mpt wprlomg & when we personally visited to their office for booking of refill gas cyclender, they behave very rudely.

I am a senior citizen & also a Heart Patient. It is very difficult for me to run one pillar to another.

Hope you will look into this matter & solve at the earliest so that we can get the refill gas cyclender on time & regularly.
