Non Delivery of LPG

My consumer no.18407of Dstibutor -Kitchen Aid of Bharat Petroleum. I booked my

LPG on 3/3 and alotted booking no.33.After 10 days we enquired about status and told it will be delivered in a two-three days. But it was not delivered. We again called up and to utter our surprise we were told your booking has been done on 18/03.This is not a maiden incident, in the past also we faced such situation. Please do something.
