Sir,
Most humbly & respectfully I have to say that the we are not getting the refil cylinder at time. I booked for refill on 22.07. again complaint was lodged on phone on 29.07.2011.But till now (02.08.2011) we have not got the refill cylinder. My consumer no is -me 12283.The behaviour of these perosonnels is highly objectionable. Every time they harass the consumers. Last time, I booked for refil on 26.05.2011 & got the refil cylinder on 25.06.2011 (after 1 month).
