Dear Sir,

This is Pankaj Singh, I was shifted from Ahmedabad to Delhi recently, for that I required a Packers and forwarders who will shift my household items from Ahmedabad to Delhi safely. I was searched on the net and find three companies M/s Om Packers, M/s Bharti Packers And Movers and M/s Aggarwal Packers.

All three visited and note all items for shifting and packing purpose.By review of three as I got their reference through Net only, discussed all terms like payment, insurance and transit time. Bharti Packers And Movers representative Mr. Rajesh (09824996257, 09510991136, 09998046781) confirmed they will delivered the material with in 03 days and the deals is finalised in Rs. 25500.

I found a flat on rent in Delhi & ncr and confirm to Bharti Packers And Movers for shifting in front of me. I make a call to Mr. Rajesh when came to Ahmedabad, he confirmed not in Ahmedabad but his staff will coordinate with me. On Sunday 25.09.2011 morning his Supervisor name Mr. Singh (09376868866) came to my flat at Shukan Residency, Chandlodiya, Ahmedabad with all workers and done packing of all items. As discussed I handover him Rs. 15, 000/- as an advance & took a slip for the slip and again asked for Insurance, Material is moving in same truck who placed here for loading purpose. He confirmed the same. I moved satifactory that my goods were reaching safely and timely.

But on Monday when I was in Delhi received a call, he demand full amount, otherwise your goods not transferred from Ahmedabad, I tensed, dont know what to do? Is it fraud who will take my money as well as goods and force me to deposit balance 10, 500/- at that time.(As account number given by him is of M/s Rajkot Transport).

I was talked him many times but he is so rude and simply tell me if you are not pay payment I will sell your all goods. I tried to contact his corporate office no. which is in Rajasthan (mentioned in his bill) but all are not accesible.again I make a call to him and asked what the surity that if payed the full payment and get the goods in time, He give me his delhi office no. representative Mr. Khan (09555011308), when i talked with Khan he accepted that my office is in delhi and company name is Kerla Packers. I decided to visit his place and request to meet him but he conveyed he is out of Delhi, when I reached the office handover the payment to his one of representative after making call to him.still worried, what the proof i had to handover the mount to him. Any way I will discussed with our elders, confirmed may be if we deposit the amount they will send the house goods and deposit the amount in his account no. as given by him.

I deposited the amount on Tuesday at 11:00 AM in HDFC Bank and confirmed to him, after some time he confirmed he received the payment. I asked him the material status he said is on the way and reaches tomorrow, when I will make a call to him on Thursday he has not conforming me the exact location. I tried no. of Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Singh (Bharti Packers And Movers) and Mr. Khan (Kerla Packers). No one give me proper response.

I decide to make a Police case and confirmed to Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Khan, they both are laughed and said go, no one will do nothing. This is our day to day activity work. after ward I receiveda phone call by Mr. Khan on Thursday Night, your goods reached at Delhi on Friday morning, and he sent his workers for unloading and shifting, Firday morning when there workers come to me, they will not tkae their tools for shifting of Bed and Almirah. making a call to Mr. Khan, said purchase a tool kit and hanover to labour, if want to shift.

I was helpless and request to Truck driver for givinh his kit, Labour are very rough as said Mr. Khan simply said for unloading only not for shifting.

Truck TATA 407 contains of 03 partied goods, all material become damaged, My bike got damaged, They will my change the Gas Cylinder with empty one, crush the bag.

At last i am helpless, nothing to do, simply my request, the moments i have feel not feeled by others.

If there is any law to correct such a fraud companies and punish them. Please help.
