Illegal use of Boring

An illegal service station is being operated from residential colony at C-3 Block Keshav Puram, Lawrence Road, Delhi - 110035 for the past couple of years. The service station was sealed few months back but it again opened. Due to this service station, block residents are facing lot of problem like, antisocial elements coming in residential colony, doing smoking, drinking liquor and using foul language and has made the movements of colony woman's difficult. Also residents of colony could not able to park their vehicles and whenever the matter is taken upto service station owner, he starts fighting. There is lot of sludge at the main gate of the colony due to washing of vehicles and the nearby drain has choked due to mud getting accumulated in the same.

Request to sugegst where should the complaint be made against the same.
