I all ready had submitted a complain to sales officer but he didnt noticed

I all ready had submitted a complain to sales officer, Purne Mr. Satish kumar o his desired mil address mentioned at IOC site (), on 06 dec. But till now there hadnt taken any action upon it. Heres the copy of my complain which I had done earlier

Dear sir,

I just want to know some thing new lpg gas connection here (SUPAUL). Here i talked to mr. Ramnarayan Rajak (husband of the properitor) for a new domestic gas connection, he asked me for 3500/- rs. for a single cyl. gas connection and he also not accepting for a 2 cyl. gas connection. So plz tell e the accurate rate for new connection.

One more thing, i wanna ask u that do Indian oil not issue the cyl. with the connection paper?

Because one of my brother had taken connection 3 mnths. before named Sonelal sahni but Mr. Ramnarayan hadn't given him the cylinder & regulator yet.

I also here some nonsense about this agency as per about it's cylinder in stock. So, why u not see after all this problems?

I again request u to plz sed me the detils for a new gas connection
