Regulation of Private Taxis

Dear Sir,

BIAL is allowing private taxis in its premises and these private taxis are charging exhorbitant amounts to drop off customers. It is an unregulated environment and therefore it is allowing consumers to be cheated by these private parties. BIAL should be asked to take steps immediately.
