Parcel delivery

I have booked my bike (receipt no 920300) from Chennai Central to Chalakudi on 29-03 on train 6041 Chennai aleppey Express. I am also holding a sleeper class ticket (PNR No:4216236446) on the same train. But when I reached chalakudy, they didn't release the bike. The guard who is in charge of parcel delivery is an irresponsible person. The bike is in the train. Since there is no parcel office at Chalakudi station, I asked railway authorities regarding this issue. They told by evening train (6042) I will be getting it. I waited till evening and searched for the bike. The railway authorities told that due to a huge number of luggage's in the train, we are unable to release at chalakudi in the return trip to Chennai and the bike is in some other station. Please let me know what to do for this... No parcel office in chalakudi station. To whom to ask and what to do?
