Wrong side driving

I stay in Bangalore - Challaghatta Village. While i was travelling back home - right infront the apartment where i live and infront of couple of provisional stores and footpathers, a bike came in the wrong side of the road at a very high speed. Looking at my car standing in front it tried to stop - but skid and straight bumped into the right side door of the car - thus damaging it completely. While i tried to talk to him, he got furious and since he is a local - started abusing and stated that he did not do any mistake - where in it was me who came and banged his bike. He said even you talking to police will not help. This is really shameful and i am helpless - neither can i register an fir/complaint to claim my insurance. Can someone help me. the accident date is 5th jan and time 13:30hrs. Location - Challaghatta.
