POOR LOGICTICS AND DELIVERY SERVICES

Dear All,

I am VIKASH JOSHI, residing at "Gayatri Villa", 1055, Kishan Marg, Barkat Nagar, Tonk Road, Jaipur - 302015. I have contacted Mr. SATISH KUMAR AGARWAL (Prop. of M/S SHREE RADHE KRISHNA ENTERPRISE) a Distributor of BISLERY PACKAGED DRINKING WATER in Jaipur.

I am regularly following up Mr. Satish Kuamr for timely supply of Water Campers at his Mobile numbers : 9785469224 / 7891569359, but service quality is very poor and they have never delivered water campers in time. In the summer when water is basis requirement of each and every human being, if I have to follow up like anything for water then nothing could be worse than this.

These type of poor services are also damagig the Brand value of Bisleri.

I have also tried so many timers at Bisleri Office number : 0141-5150000 at Jaipur, but line is busy all the time and I am not able to contact them.

I hope that effective steps would be taken from the Company's side after submitting this complaint.
