Theft during delivery of rakhi courie

My sister has courier 6 rakhi in a envelope to me with love. but i did not get all, only 3 rakhi i got finally. those may not having any big value for thief but it was priceless for me. such pitty cases of theft in these companies should be taken as a crime and i want action as i am emotionally hurted.
