Non-delivery of consignments

I have sent one envelope from Delhi to Chennai under C No. 410615107 on 9th May. The letter has not yet been deliverred till today (20.05.11). I have talked to one Ms Jyoti Sharma of the Corportae office of the Company. She was unable to track although the internet shows upto which point the letter has reached.

The service of the person is disgusting.

I need immediate delivery of the letter and explanation why it was not delivered within 3 days as was committed by the parcel collectin centre at Khan Market, New Delhi..
