Non delivery of parcel

This is to inform you and update you with my grievance caused by your courier service.

I had booked my parcel to be sent from Mumbai to Bangalore, Karnataka on with shipment no. 127857069 and it was promised by the person so authorised that it will be delivered within 3days. I understand that there might be some problem and it might get delayed by a day or two but not longer than that. But its almost more than 3 weeks and the package has not been yet delivered. But the courier company tracking system shows that 'Deliverd by SR Nagar'. I called so many time SR NAGAR branch but didn't get a response- either the lines are busy all the time or the person would not answer the call. It contains some important document and i need them ASAP.

This is the case of serious mismanagement, disgusting behavior of your staff and to my shock you have given contacts on Internet and no one attends the call from the same.
