Misplace of courie

I, student of MIT Manipal, sent my passport form along with the necessary documents through a courier Dt. 12th April via the service of Blazeflash Couriers limited, Manipal office. They have misplaced all the documents which i sent. When i tried calling them, they give weird answers telling that call this and that person. When I call the person they give no proper explanation. I have wasted around Rs. 1500 on this issue. Moreover, I have lost all my valuable documents.
