Parcel not delivered

Dear sir

I gave a parcel to the agent at Badarpur New Delhi of Blazeflash couriers on 1-11. Courier parcel no. is 201044471. It was to be sent at Pandesara, Surat (Gujarat). Company gives a guarantee to deliver parcels within 3 days. But till today on 11-11, this parcel has not been delivered. I checked out the status on internet, which is showing that the parcel has been forwarded by Badarpur on 01-11 and forwarded to Air_Mix. But it has not been delivered to the receiver till now. Kindly forward this complaint and make arrangement that the parcel must deliver on the written address of Surat, as soon as possible. I'll highly oblidged.
