Goods Damaged/Missing-Bill No 073- C. Note no-074- Transportation from Delhi to Hyderabad

Dear Sir,

This is to inform that the house hold stuff transported from Delhi to Hyderabd on April 8th which was been delivered on April 15th was received in completely damaged with many items missing.

The name of the Logistics is: BLT Logistics Pvt. Ltd, and The Bill Bo 073, C.note No-074.

On calling the Office at 91 9310858555, some named Krishna picked up the phone, and when told about the whole scenario, he just ignored saying, good that I have received some stuff or else even the entire items are burned out in situations. And there is nothing that they can do about it. And misbehaved over the phone.

So, far below are the major items found damaged and missing-

1 Refregerator door completely dented in three places and damaged. It cannot be used without getting the door replaced.

2 Clothes along with other important items like watches, hard drive etc packed in the cartoon (particular No # 2) were received wrapped in my bed sheets which were torn. The items in the cartoon missing. The strange part is it was been packed in the cartoon in Delhi, what could have possibly happended that the entire cartoon was substituted by my own bedsheet, untill someone purposefully wanted to tamper the ietm.

3 All the bathroom stuff including a mirror missing

4 Chair (plastic) missing

5 Bamboo furniture broken particular No # 19)

6 Chest top drawer damanged

7 Crocery cartoon (particular No #9)- cartoon found torn stuff hanging outside the box

8 Kalam kari painting broken (particular No # 8)

9 The Books acrtoon was torn and books damaged (particular No # 32)

10 Wall clock packed with partticular no # 2, completely broken

There are still items which are packed in the cartoon and have to check for further damaged incurred.

Since, BLT Logistics Pvt LTD (G-1/9 Opp. SBI, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi -110059, www.bltpackers.com, service tax no-AAERB6895RSD001, Tel- 011-25358590) is responsible for the entire stuff they should cover for the entire damage happened during the transfer.

Below is the breakdown of the payment made-

Total Payment in advance Rs.16000/-

Transport Charges- Rs.15300/-

Service Charges- Rs.1530/-

Insurance-Rs.3000/-

Extra Charge-Rs.200/-

Yesterday, I called Mr. Rakesh Kumar 91 9718494005, he said that he will send some one for inspection on 16th April, today, around 6 to 7pm, for the damage occured, at address-

Flat # P2 (Top Floor)

Plot # 90/A, 90/B, 91/A

Prashant Nagar,

Police Campo Road,

Kondapur,

Hyderabd.

This is really regretful to get the items in such bad condition. This a question mark on the service and the reputation of the company.
