Refusing delivery and use of Abusive language

On May 24th I received a certificate through courier. Unfortunately the certification board sent it through Blue Dart, I don't know why they choose Blue Dart.

I received a call from Blue Dart executive on 4PM. He told me to rush to the Blue Dart office and collect the courier as soon as possible. I had to cut short my office hours to collect the certificate.

When I inquired about delivery at home, they simply said that it is "not possible". Whereas DTDC and Professional delivers package directly at my home.

Despite of this inconvenience, when I reached office they made me wait for more than an hour. I asked them why I have to wait for a long time. Then came an executive in Ernakulam office with strange spectacles (with lens as thick as soda glass). He told me that they took those couriers to "Out of delivery" section, and he followed with usage of abusive language. I don't know why I have to hear that.

I will not ever sent a courier through Blue Dart. I request you all to double think when you use Blue Dart service.
