Delivery of consignment to unauthorized person

Kotak Mahindra Bank had sent me a new Debit card sometime around 18th January through Blue Dart (airway Bill No.44211834030) to my Ghaziabad address. This consignment was delivered to some unauthorized person on 27th of January as I & my family were away from Ghaziabad for the entire month of January & the house was locked till 12th February when we returned to our Ghaziabad residence.

That debit card fell in wrong hands & that person has fradulently withdrawn Rs 60000/- from my Account. I have suffered a very heavy loss. I would like that a suitable action is initiated against Blue dart ghaziabad at the earliest. The stolen card was utilized on 6th March to make withdrawals & I came to know of withdrawal of money while checking statement on 7th March.
