Non delivery of a parcel

I registered my parcel with Blue sky courier in Raipur, Chhattisgarh on 24 August for a delivery to Pune. After making frequent follow-ups in their Pune office (Tel No - 020 24484825), it came to my knowledge that the parcel had reached their office on 26 August, however, until today, i.e. 03 Sept, the parcel is yet to be delivered to the address in Pune. The lady in their Pune office came up with unreasonable excuses such as 'the delivery boy can not be reached at this moment' and 'we do not have sufficient information' etc. The parcel contained my original forms against provident fund withdrawal to the company where I used to work in Pune and it was of utmost importance and urgency for me.

After informing this lady in their Pune office that I would go ahead and file a complaint against them in the consumer forum, she was ready to accept it and asked me to go ahead and file this complaint.

I sincerely request the authorities at consumer forum that such small courier company's be given a lesson on how they need to treat their customer and their loyalty towards delivering a parcel. They do not have any sense of responsibility neither do they believe that they are answerable.

Blue sky courier services should be treated with no leniency and sued to cause me so much stress and trouble.
