Complain on defective and old supply

I purchased a BMW 320 car from Navnit Motors, Mumbai in the month of July'2011. The car was delivered in Kolkata, Westbengal. After the delivery of the car and during the registration of the car I found out that the car manufacturing date was November and the west bengal registration department refused to register my car since a new variant was launched in the month of April'2010. I was kept hidden of the fact that the car was manufactured last year and was kept in their stock for so long and during this prolonged storage period my car brakes got rusted due to which it makes an annoying sound when brakes are applied.

This is not all when I complained to the Navnit Motors regarding this problem they told me that the car was delivered without prior checks. My car keys are faulty and does not work even work within a distance of 5 mtrs.

I have been cheated badly by such a reputed company. Please guide so that I can get my car replaced with a brand new one.
