Dear sir,

I am a customer of Bharat petroleum corporation (LPG). My consumer No. 13375 Date of connection 06.01.2007. I have Appling for 2nd Cylinder at the same time but till now I have not yet the same. And I have booking for refill and delivery the LPG cylinder in my house. My booking date is 16.07.2011 but delivery has not yet received, several reminder are given to the dealer by phone & face to face, I am also contact your area manager Mr. Anmol his Mo. No -8986699059.Till to day I am not respond to your side. Please tell me what can I do?
