This is Mr. wilson writing this complaint, reson behind of this complaint is your agencis who is buying bad name for you.

in your agencies customer is not God, we are just fools who has enrolled for gas with your agencis.

agencis people not educated at all, training never given to them, updation of rates, services, paper work never known to them.

charging extra, for these extra charges they are proving us, rice, gas lighter, tea bag, trolleys, office files extra.

i dont know what is happening with you all people.

just check with your agencis what is happening there.
