Worst moving experience. Stay away

Our furniture has not arrived even 1 week after the scheduled delivery date that BPS Packers & Movers has given us. Mr B Gaikwad, the contact person, just keeps constantly lying about the location of the furniture. Now he has stopped picking up our calls. We have no option now other than making a police complaint for fraud and maybe try and take him to consumer court. Everyone in my family is highly insulted with his rude obnoxious behavior. We made a huge mistake and everyone reading this should think 1000 times before ever using his services
