Not Respond for RC after 1 month

Dear Owner/Manager,

With regret, I inform you that I have purchase the bike (Passion Pro Alloy Wheel) on dt 17th Oct thru HDFC Bank. But still I am neither getting the bike no nor registration papers while passed one month. I have regularly follow up with your staff, but every time they kept me in dark. Every time his/her answer was “bas do dino main mil jayega” but this “do din” is not come till today. After 22 days of purchase, they inform me that my rental agreement/affidavit is required for registration. I have provided immediately these papers, but my question is that why these information not giving me on the time of purchase?

After submitting the required papers, I am still in dark till today. No any reversion from your side. I have spent lot of money to follow the papers or current status of my RC but I failed to know. I am not able to use bike from last one month which increase my expenses regarding the local traveling. Who will bear the cost?

So request you to please provide me the solution on URGENTLY. I hope that customer service is your priority
