NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

Subject: NON DELIVERY OF LPG GAS CYLINDER

I booked my gas with Brij gas service on 9-01-10. VIDE BOOKING NO 250983. At the time of booking I was told that it will be delivered in 2-3 days. when it was not delivered for one week I contacted them telephonically, I was assured that it will be delivered in 2 days. but again it was a false promise. Till date it has not been delivered and now they are NOT PICKING up the phone as well. On the complaint registraion telephone number, it repeats the same your gas has been booked and tells the above booking number and for submission of complaint, there is only one option either gas leakage or go out of the menu.

Now it is 21-01-10.

Is there any one to HEAR me and provide the redressal.
