Service very bad (Reg.not done)

I have purchased Romer form BSA MOTORS on 19-12 form Secunderabad (patny) show room, at that time they taken vehicle cost insurance Registration charges (Reg.with RTO), but till now Registration of vehicle not done. Many time I called and enquired about registration but no use and I even called to customer complients but no use, finally I want to go consumer court.
