Attery complaint

I bought a E scooter (street rider) from ambattur BSA motors on 28/3 and periodically serviced on time

but just within six (6) months the battery became weak and it just gave a very low mileage hence i gave to service as per the instruction of the company

for few days it will work properly but again this problem starts shortly, so we gave my bike for the same complaint . this complaint come often and repeatedly all the time i give for service i was not satisfied and also i have mentioned it in the feedback about the service. in the warranty period i have given this complaint many times but no action was taken till now... the bike had run only below 5000 kilometers

so kindly arrange to replace new battery as in warranty period without any payment please...
