Failure of turbo charge

I bought a new skoda laura on 27/10 reg no dl-1-c-j 5453 ch no tmbbsh1217a153621 which has done 4400 kms was stranded on gurgaon high way due to the failure of turbo charger. After waiting for more then a week now the car has failed to start. I am worried about running the car in near future, seeking the replacement of my car with the new one.
