Poor servicing!

1) My Bike is serviced by Fortpoint Service Center they charged me Rs. 313/- oil engine flush where as in your instruction manual written that 6 servicing will be provided free of cost then what is this? why money collected from me?
2) Handle lock of my is damaged is it your service?
3) Bike purchased before 2 months but till now smart card is not received this is not customer satisfaction.
