They took Rs.1000/- more than the invoice amount without Insuring the vehicle, when i took new delivery of the vehicle.

When asked to repay the difference, they say their accounts does not allow any refund of excess amount paid by the buyer.

So they pocket more than invoice price of the vehicle.
