AC manufacturing defect

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased Tata Indica Vista in july from grover motors Bareilly. since few months i have facing problem in my car AC I have send my car many a times for maintaing the same but the problem was not resolved because of which I had faced problems many a times. The places where i have refer this problem are -: Tata service centre RudraPur, reliance motors Lucknow. I am facing the problem since last six month.

I had claimed for the change of AC under warranty but nothing has been done. now my car is out of Warranty.

I have visited grover motors in july for service and AC problem my service that day I requested for warranty of my ac but it was rejected as per the employee there.

At present because of this issue i am facing lots of problem.

Kindly look into the and please suggest suitable remedy in my case.
