Saagar Pradeep Rana a customer of tata motors is literally being harrased by the company. My vehivle i.e tata safari (DL 3C AC 8956) broke down twice in four months beacause of no reason and which has been timely seviced by the company it self. on saturday night the car did not start so i called the tata help line, an assisiance came and told thae there is some problem with the timing belt and the car will have to be towed away with the help of a crane. the next day was a sunday so they gave me an excuse and said on monday they will take the car. then there was no response on monday as well. then on tuesday an executive of tata motors Mr. Gumeet Pal Singh called me and said that the car will have to be taken to noida as there is no availability of parts in delhi service station. Then round 2PM they towed the car and took it to RAMA MOTORS okhla< New Delhi, but the people at RAMA MOTORS refused to take the car. my car is standing on the road since then and i am trying to call Mr Gumeet Pal Singh, but hisphone is not reachable. The car is under the extended warranty till 2005. I kindly request to help me as i am not able to get any kind of help from the company. this kind of behaviour is not acceptable.
