Power Steering & Power Break Failure

I brought Tata Safari from your dealer M/S Fairdeal Motors, Srinagar, J&K, just two and half months back and while driving its Power Steering and brakes failed. It was my luck that i survived and managed to stop the vehicle on road side. Then I informed to your above mentioned dealer for repair or replacement of vehicle but more than 20 days has passed no positive response was recieved from your dealer. I request you to look in the matter otherwise there will be no other option for me other than to highlight the issue through news papers and file the case against TATA Motors.
