Replaced the new battery with old one

I am from pune, I have 1 years 10 months old honda activa that purchased from B U Bhandari. I done the first 4 free services from its own dealer's service center i.e. BU Bhandari Service center, salunke vihar road, pune.

For the past one week my bikes battery is not responding and so i have no luxury in my two wheeler - button start indicator etc.

Today me my dad opened up the panel to check what was wrong with battery. Since my dad is an expert n car mechanic by profession. He quickly made out the battery has been changed. Since he has come across such lame tricks done by these low lives day n an out.

IF i claim them that they have done this crap. they wont accept. So i need to plan properly how do I teach them a lesson.
