Late delivery and booking of gas

Sir,

I have a booking no. 10292 is at BUDH POORNA INDANE GAS .My problem is they book gas after 21 days of last delivery and then they send the gas after 15 days of booking which get delayed even to a month that to after regular request. We are a big family with a kid and my parents also and this way we are always in shortage of gas which is our only source of cooking. They even don't give us agood response or even rectifing our problem. Please look into the matter and get us faster delivery. thanking you
