Egistration done with out notice and in other rto

Hi i am Santosh i had booked Royal enfield classic 350cc by 5-june-11 in timkin motors sarjapura branch bangalore and i was told waiting period of 8 months but got alloted after 10months by luck,

when i paid full money to the dealer i told them to inform me as i have blocked a special number for me at 01 rto koramangala as per my astrologer.

but i did not get any update from this dealer later 24-july-12 evenin i called them they told we will deliver ur bullet by tomorrow evening and i asked them about the registration they said it will be registred on 25-july-12, and i said ok as i need special number for my bullet ill come to rto same time then

the 25-july-12 i was waiting in rto taking leave from office by 12pm till 5pm no one pespond to me finaly i lady told me that unforunatly ur bike is registred YESTERDAY IN 03RTO INDIRANAGAR as i was blind for some time and no one bother to even pick my call till evening 8, and they say if you want u collect ur bike or leave it please advice how and what to do on this situation... i am very clear i want to make sure i dont want any others to face this problem and i have still not taken the delivery.
