Hello Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to you notice regarding a complaint which was lodged by me on 14th July between 6.00pm-7.00pm with Bhumika (MakeMyTrip) about SVR travels not answering my calls on 9923332555, 020-40026663/4/5 between 12.00am - 2.00am midnight at the time of boarding from " HP Petrol Pump (Harpaly) Near LIC Office, OPP NEHA TRAVELS HADAPSAR, PUNE " due to which I missed the SVR Bus and had to pay extra 1500/- to hire another travels and my Arrival was delayed by 4 Hrs in Hyderabad. I am really disappointed that such nuisance are happening with customers who just to save their valuable time prefer booking tickets on MakeMyTrip and despite of lodging a complaint, these make my trip people are constantly telling me that I boarded the bus, however the fact is that when I called up SVR travels (about 2.15am on 14th July) they said that due to mechanical problem the bus got cancelled and suggested me to hire a different bus.
If you want I would suggest you can also tap or listen to call which happened from 9665064658 which approximately might have happened between 2.00-2.30 on 9923332555, 020-40026663/4/5
I have contacted Make My Trip Trice where they have constantly said that " With the reference of your mail we would like to inform you that as per the revert from our concern department you have already travelled in the same bus. Hence we are not getting refund from bus operator. For more info you can directly get the details of your journey from the operator: Mr. Viju – 9923332555 "
Let me tell you one thing..dispite of explaining three time about the issue, these make my trip people keep on saying that I am wrong.
I would appreciate if your Intervention into this matter

Hi Atish,
When we say that the bus was late due to mechanical reasons then at least
the customer should expect a response when he is calling the Travels and
the same to happened with me. I was calling and calling and calling but no
one responded and that is the reason why I could not board the Bus and had
to hire a different bus.
However, In spite of me explaining twice that I did not board in the SVR
Bus you still do not trust the customer.
What should a customer do if the SVR Travels are not responding to the
calls??

Incase of change in bus type or any
issue related to bus operator, please
bring in
it out notice with in 24 hours of bus
departure. We will investigate it with
the
operator and revert accordingly. The
customer is entitled for refunds incase
a lower
bus type is provided subjected to our
investigation.
Agency: MakeMyTrip (India) Pvt. Ltd
(hereinafter 'MMT') is only providing
the
services as agent of various tour
operators (hereinafter 'Operators').
MMT's
obligations are limited to issuance of
ticket, providing information as made
available to it and processing refunds.
MMT is not responsible for the provision
of
services by the respective operator. MMT
assumes no responsibility or liability
for
the actions or omissions of the
operators including non-adherence of the
scheduled
timings, behavior of the operator's
staff, conditions inside the buses, loss
of life
or property, delay, breakdown or
inconvenience suffered by the user or
passenger.
The primary passenger is required to
furnish a print out of the e-ticket and
an
identity proof with the passenger's
photograph on it at time of boarding the
bus.
Failing to do so, the bus operator may
not allow boarding.
The bus e-ticket booked is non
transferable.
The bus operator reserves the right to
change the seat number (s) of the
passenger (s).
The bus operator reserves the right to
change the boarding point and/or using a
pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to
take customers to the bus departure
point
The departure and arrival timings
mentioned on the e-ticket are only
tentative
timings. The same are subject to change.
The bus trips may be delayed, postponed
or cancelled due to unavoidable reasons.

Hello,
This e-mail is regarding a complaint
which was lodged by me on 14th July
2012 between 6.00pm-7.00pm with Bhumika
(MakeMyTrip) about SVR travels not
answering my calls on
9923332555, 020-40026663/4/5 at the time
of boarding
from " HP Petrol Pump (Harpaly) Near LIC
Office, OPP NEHA TRAVELS
HADAPSAR, PUNE " due to which I may be
missed the SVR Bus and had to pay
extra 1500/- to hire another travels and
my Arrival was delayed by 4 Hrs in
Hyderabad
I am really disappointed that such
nuisance are happening with customers
who just to save their valuable time
prefer booking tickets on MakeMyTrip
and despite of lodging a complaint I
have still not received any response
from MakeMyTrip, when it was said by
Bhumika that I would receive a
response from your team within 24
working hours on the solution.
I would appreciate if you could look
into this issue on priority and refund
the money back to me asap.

issue related to bus operator, please
bring in
it out notice with in 24 hours of bus
departure. We will investigate it with
the
operator and revert accordingly. The
customer is entitled for refunds incase
a lower
bus type is provided subjected to our
investigation.

services as agent of various tour
operators (hereinafter 'Operators').
MMT's
obligations are limited to issuance of
ticket, providing information as made
available to it and processing refunds.
MMT is not responsible for the provision

services by the respective operator. MMT
assumes no responsibility or liability
for
the actions or omissions of the
operators including non-adherence of the
scheduled
timings, behavior of the operator's
staff, conditions inside the buses, loss
of life
or property, delay, breakdown or
inconvenience suffered by the user or
passenger.
The primary passenger is required to
furnish a print out of the e-ticket and
an
identity proof with the passenger's
photograph on it at time of boarding the
bus.
Failing to do so, the bus operator may
not allow boarding.
The bus e-ticket booked is non
transferable.
The bus operator reserves the right to
change the seat number (s) of the
passenger (s).
The bus operator reserves the right to
change the boarding point and/or using a
pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to
take customers to the bus departure
point
The departure and arrival timings
mentioned on the e-ticket are only
tentative
timings. The same are subject to change.
The bus trips may be delayed, postponed
or cancelled due to unavoidable reasons.
Provision of video/air conditioning or
any such other services is the
responsibility
of the bus operator. Any refunds/claims
due to non-functioning or unavailability
of
these services needs to be settled
