Parcel Received from Japan in deteriorated and opened condition

Dear Sir,

This is to lodge a complaint regarding airway bill no EF 552086535 parcel received from Japan at our Navi Mumbai office in Vashi. It seemed that the parcel was opened and items removed not placed back. It is clear that the parcel was opened with theft in mind. Please look into the matter and clarify the reason for sending a parcel in such a deteriorated condition and the box torn from all sides.

Kindly give a written clarification for the same.
