I got a new SPICE JET SBI CREDIT CARD bearing number 5264 6894 1402 9256. My name is embossed in the credit card as VISWANATHANS instead of VISWANATHAN.S. The dot is between viswanathan and S is missing.

Please advise as to what to do. Urgent please.
